Our Story
Prime Cove began as a small fabrication workshop serving local builders in Western Sydney. What started with a handful of skilled tradespeople and basic equipment has grown into a comprehensive steel fabrication facility spanning over 3,000 square metres.
Throughout our growth, we maintained the founding principle that quality workmanship cannot be compromised. Every weld, every cut, every connection receives the same attention whether the project is a small staircase or a multi-storey framework.
Today, our team includes certified structural engineers, experienced project managers, and highly skilled fabricators who share a commitment to delivering structures that stand the test of time.

Our Facilities
Our Smithfield facility houses state-of-the-art CNC cutting machinery, automated welding stations, and a dedicated finishing area. The layout optimises material flow from raw steel intake through fabrication to dispatch.
Key capabilities include plasma cutting up to 50mm thickness, MIG and TIG welding for various steel grades, and surface preparation including shot blasting and primer application.
Quality control stations are integrated throughout the production line, with final inspection performed by certified welding inspectors before any component leaves the workshop.
